The sauna is built
entirely of wood, in accordance with the Finnish tradition
which designed it: inside the temperature fluctuates between 85
and 100 degrees Celsius with relative humidity between 10% and
40%.
The sauna is an excellent opportunity to unwind, relax and learn to better understand the mind-body mechanism. Before entering the sauna is necessary to take a hot shower, which opens the pores of the skin and relaxes any muscle tension. Also make sure you get your feet warm. You should stay inside at least one hour of time to enjoy the maximum benefits.
Be sure not to enter the sauna with an empty stomach. It is recommended to eat something light, such as a fruit or a yogurt and to drink plenty of water ....
Before diving in the hot tub is advisable to take a shower, to remove impurities. We recommend you stay in the tub for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 32 degrees. The longer and the higher the temperature, the more the skin will become elastic, smooth and toned. When finished, to increase the relaxing effect, you can lay down a few minutes, normalizing blood pressure which was stimulated by the jet massage and the water temperature.
